What we collect

When you complete the project inquiry, we receive your answers, your name and email address, and anything optional you choose to add, such as your company, website, or project details.

To understand how people find us, the inquiry also includes the page you first landed on, the site that referred you, and any campaign parameters in the link you followed (for exampleutm_source). This is kept in your browser only for the current session and is only sent to us if you submit the form.

How we use it

We use this information to reply to your inquiry and to manage our conversation with you. We don’t sell it, and we don’t add you to a mailing list without asking.

Services we use

Inquiries may be processed by the tools we use to run the business, such as our email and customer relationship management (CRM) providers. Booking a call uses Calendly, which loads on this page when you scroll near it and is governed by: Calendly’s privacy policy.

Analytics

We use Google Tag Manager to load measurement tools, such as Google Analytics, that help us understand how visitors find and use this website. These tools may set cookies and collect information like the pages you visit, how you arrived, and your approximate location. When you send an inquiry or book a call, we record that it happened, not what you wrote. You can review or change your cookie choices at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Embedded websites

Some case studies show a live preview of a client's website on larger screens. That site loads from the client's own servers and may set its own cookies or run its own analytics, under that site's privacy policy.

Spam protection

To keep out automated spam, the project inquiry uses Google reCAPTCHA. It loads once you start the inquiry, and Google collects information about your device and how you use the form to judge whether you're a person. Its use is subject to Google’sPrivacy Policy andTerms of Service.
