The brief
Thermal Energy HQ needed a steady flow of blog content to build their presence in search and get information about their products out, without a writer on staff.
On the website, the embedded HubSpot form was hard to style and hard to get working with reCAPTCHA. The client wanted clean HubSpot contacts, not form submissions.
What we did
A rebuilt website. We rebuilt thermalenergyhq.com on Webflow.
Automated blog publishing. We handle their blog. An automated system built on n8n publishes posts to Webflow on a regular schedule, with the SEO fields filled in for each post: keywords, SEO title, meta description, summary, category, and reading time.
Link checking. Every external link in a post is checked against the sentence that cites it, so nothing on the blog points to a source that contradicts it.
Lead capture. Native Webflow forms with working reCAPTCHA now route through n8n and create HubSpot contacts with the right fields mapped.
Paid advertising. Nick runs their paid campaigns.
The result
The blog runs without adding work for the client: posts are published automatically, with the SEO fields complete and every external link checked. Website forms now create HubSpot contacts directly, with reCAPTCHA working.
In Google Search, monthly clicks to thermalenergyhq.com went from 83 in July 2026 to 259 in September, and the site's average position moved from 16.3 to 9.3.
